GoPro was a sponsor of the 6th HRM Congress, held on February 24, 2025, at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Belgrade. This event gathered over 500 HR directors in one place, making it one of the largest gatherings in this field in the Balkans. All attendees had the opportunity to connect with colleagues and learn about the latest trends in the HR sector.
The congress featured 18 panels and 8 presentations, with more than 70 panelists and speakers discussing the importance of developing leadership skills, creating talent-nurturing cultures that encourage employee retention, process automation, data analytics, the application of artificial intelligence, and other current topics.
