The 6th Factory Congress, which was held on December 9, 2024 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Belgrade, gathered the most innovative production managers from Serbia. This event was an opportunity to explore the evolution of industrial strategy in recent years and share experiences on challenges and changes in the industry. GoPro supported this event as a sponsor.
During the congress, the transformation of leadership in production, the connection between production and business, as well as the creation of an inspiring corporate culture were discussed. Participants enjoyed exciting panels that dealt with topics like Industry 4.0, digitalization, application of Lean & Kaizen methods, innovative solutions related to importing labor from Nepal and India and other current topics.
All present had the opportunity to listen to over 15 panels in which over 80 panelists participated, including Ivana Karabasil (GoPro, Sales Team Lead). She and Marko Adamov (Production and Technical Director, Zlatni Plod) participated in the panel “Good practice: MODERN PRODUCTION”, in which the successful implementation of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solution in the company Zlatni Plod was presented.
Ivana explained how the implementation went, while Marko revealed why they decided to work with GoPro, why they chose Business Central, as well as the advantages of working with this solution on a daily basis. In addition, there was talk about how the employees accepted the change, and Marko revealed why he would recommend this solution to other companies.
