Over the past decade with us, Biljana has become synonymous with reliability, enthusiasm, and an outstanding team spirit. Bilja is a natural mentor, someone everyone relies on when they want to learn something new or confirm they are on the right track. Her patience, dedication, and ability to convey knowledge make even the most complex topics seem simple. Younger colleagues — her “ducklings,” as she lovingly calls them — adore learning from her, not only for the knowledge she selflessly shares but also for the support and security she provides every step of the way.
Her energy and sense of humor are essential ingredients that make every workday with her special. As a Business Central/NAV Consultant, Bilja has always been ready to take on challenges, clarify complex situations, and provide solutions that create long-term value. Her dedication and thoroughness have not only helped the team grow but have also created a safe environment where it is easier for everyone to rely on one another.
