HR professionals are now crucial partners in making a business successful. To stay ahead in the competition, you need to keep up with the latest trends in HR. One of the best ways to do that is by going to conferences, like the 5th HRM Congress.
This Congress happened on February 26, 2024, at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Belgrade. It brought together over 500 HR directors, making it the biggest event for HR people in the Balkans. Apart from meeting and chatting with others, attendees got to listen to 11 different panels with 52 experts. These experts talked about the most important HR topics.
Katarina Gačević, an HR Specialist from GoPro, was one of the speakers. She joined five others in a discussion titled “How can HR balance the needs of the company, employees, and management?”. Among other things, Katarina explained how the desire to balance the needs of GoPro, management and employees gave birth to the idea of an unlimited number of vacation days, a new benefit that we provided to employees.
