Contractual wage for workers can be entered as follows:
- Monthly salary,
- Earnings per hour,
- Monthly salary multiplied by the coefficient of complexity,
- Earnings per hour multiplied by the coefficient of complexity,
- All kinds of calculation of net or gross,
- All kinds of calculation in RSD or in any foreign currency.
All types of recipients supported:
- Employees
- Newly-employed, person under the age of 30,
- Person older than 50 years,
- Person older than 45 and younger than 50 years,
- Person with disabilities,
- Intern under the age of 30,
- Accelerated retirement plan,
- Founder and employee in own company,

AUTOMATION
The module has been enhanced to automate a wide range of operations, increasing overall productivity.
In a single step, it is possible to calculate regular work, income outside of employment, reimbursed expenses, and transportation. This combined calculation saves users time, while the system can still process the data separately and generate forms as if separate calculations were performed.
The system automatically enters the number of working hours for each employee, based on the date of employment or termination, eliminating the need for manual hour adjustments.
Employee vacation usage is automatically tracked, including used and remaining vacation days.
Non-cash employee benefits are fully supported, such as the use of company vehicles for private purposes or company-provided housing, with automatic separation of taxable and non-taxable portions.
Voluntary pension insurance paid by the employer is automatically included in the calculation of tax-exempt income.
If an entered amount is below the legally prescribed minimum net income, the system automatically supplements the employee’s earnings to meet the minimum.
Compensation expenses for each employee, including meals, transportation, and contributions, can be entered into and calculated either on a monthly or daily basis, in accordance with actual working days.
The module supports automatic creation of monthly withdrawals for several or all employees.
An abbreviated input method is available for mass entry of discontinuances for a single creditor.
Through the “Repeating wage items” functionality, wage items can be defined once for an employee and automatically included in future calculations. These items are posted automatically until the end date defined by the user.
