Yes, the program automatically recalculates proportional earnings. It is necessary to enter the number of hours in the working day on the tab of the Contractor, on the Contract tab.

Is it possible to create payroll orders so that the employee's name and surname are not visible due to the confidentiality of information?

Yes. This is set up on the Billin settings tab, in the Defaults, the Hidden Employee Name field on the payment account is filled in.

Is it possible to define the basic salary at the employer level and the coefficients based on which the salary will be calculated?

Yes. The Employer tab defines the number of basic earnings, and on the Employee tab, on the tab The Employee Earnings Form, enter the appropriate coefficient and check the Use Employer Basic Earnings Basic field.

Is it possible to define employees' earnings in foreign currency at the chosen exchange rate?

Yes. On the Employee tab, in the Employees Earnings Form tab, neter the appropriate currency and select Source for the currency rate Earnings Calculation, and before the start of the calculation enter the rate in the Currency Exchange Rate section.

Is it possible to schedule the payment of one employee's earnings into multiple bank accounts?

Yes. On the employee card, in the Bank Accounts section, open as many bank accounts as you need. It is possible to distribute the payments as a percentage or to enter a fixed amount that needs to be paid.
