If your focus is on retail, you’re likely familiar with fiscalization regulations and the need to stay compliant with the Serbian Tax Administration. Fortunately, there are two GoPro applications that can simplify this process: Serbian Retail and Serbian Fiscalization.
Serbian Retail is an online extension designed to cover all retail POS functionalities within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central environment. This application supports transaction tracking at the point of sale, product purchases and returns, and the transfer of goods from wholesale to retail. It enables fast transaction entry through a journal specifically tailored to the needs of retail. Payments can be accepted via cash, cards, advance payments, checks, gift cards, loyalty cards, and bank transfers. Multiple payment methods can be combined within a single retail transaction. Each retail location is linked to a retail pricing group, allowing easy management of multiple retail price lists.
On the other hand, Serbian Fiscalization is an application fully integrated with both Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and the Serbian Retail app by GoPro, ensuring compliance with Serbian fiscal regulations. It enables integration with ESIR and LPFR systems during the creation of sales and return documents in Business Central, ensuring that invoices are printed in accordance with Serbian legislation and Tax Administration requirements. The entire process is fully automated and runs in the background, with online communication between the retail system and the Tax Administration handled via ESIR and LPFR.
To use the Serbian Fiscalization app, companies must first apply for a valid security element through the Serbian Tax Administration’s website. Once approved, the certificate can be downloaded electronically and used to configure the ESIR. For every sale or return in Dynamics 365 Business Central, the app sends transaction data to the Tax Administration, and once verified, the fiscalized data and URL are returned to Business Central. Fiscal tracking and error handling are managed via the fiscalization log.
Under the new fiscalization regulations, even non-retail invoices may need to be fiscalized—and our application supports this requirement as well.
